LIFT/BURN SMALL GROUP Lift Class GoTribe’s Lift class is focused on building strength and muscle through structured, progressive resistance training. Led in a small-group format, each session includes personalized coaching with attention to form, technique, and performance. Programming is tailored to your fitness level and tracked over time with progress check-ins, measurements, and photo updates. Heart-rate monitoring ensures you're training in the optimal zone for strength development and recovery. Burn Class The Burn class is a high-energy, heart rate–based HIIT session designed for fat loss, cardio endurance, and metabolic conditioning. It features functional movements, bodyweight intervals, and short rest periods to keep your heart rate elevated. Coaches provide real-time support and modifications as needed, making it accessible for all fitness levels. Both classes are supported by GoTribe’s coaching app, heart-rate tracking system, and complete coaching philosophy—helping members achieve real results through accountability, consistency, and community.
